The site offers 10 different stationary and letter options for all of the letter packages.  Additionally, it does allow you to preview your letter before you're asked for any payment information.

Unfortunately, the Live Call from Santa is for only one child at time.  However, I think it will work out fine as the second child will be excited when the phone rings again because they will know it's just for them.
